The Hamilton Beach 35020 Cool Touch deep fryer is a hit with some misses. While most customers loved their products, some customers pointed out that their fryer wasn’t able to hold the heat, making their food greasy.

The Hamilton Beach 35020 Cool Touch deep fryer needs at least six cups of oil to work and holds up to eight cups of oil. They are a very complete product and come with very nice features.
